Make a No-Sew Cell Phone Arm Band

Now that the weather's nice again, lots of people are taking up a summer exercise routine! If you're one of those people, then we've got a DIY project for you. This 'no-sew' arm band for your phone can help you take your tunes with you on your jogs or any other exercising you do! Check it out below!

Make this No-Sew Cell Phone Arm Band from a Plastic Placemat
Marta from 2nd Funniest Thing has found a new love for running. Looking forward to a big race, "La Cursa de El Corte Inglés" in Barcelona, she decided to put together a cell phone running arm band case, and luckily for all of us, she shared the tutorial on Las Manualidades (it's kind of like a Spanish-language Instructables).
It couldn't be any easier to do. Basically, you trace around your cell phone on a plastic place mat before gluing it into a pocket and attaching a couple of hair elastics. You can find the full tutorial and more photos here.
Also, if you've got a spare tube sock (perhaps it's matching pair missing after laundry day), you can construct a sock workout armband for your mobile device without any measuring. Just note, this armband isn't as secure as the placemat version above.
